How do I make a purchase via the website?
Whether just window-shopping or looking for something in particular, we have made browsing, searching and selecting items hassle free for our customers.
Use the Search Bar located on the top right hand side of the website. Once you've found something you think you might want to purchase, just click on the "Add to Basket" tab. Your shopping bag will stay with you while browsing our store, displaying the content and a running total while you shop.
Can I only order via the Internet?
King of Knives has over 50 stores throughout Australia and New Zealand. Please click on our store finder to locate your closest store. Many items listed on our website are available in store, however if it is not available it can be specially ordered on your behalf. Please contact your closest store for more details on items in stock. In some cases stock may not be available in store and will not be available for special orders.

The item I ordered is out of stock, how long should I expect it to come back?
We try and have all items listed online in stock, however at times some items may be out of stock due to high demand- in this instance you will be notified that the item is not in stock and given an estimated time of delivery.
Do you have gift vouchers?
You can purchase Gift Vouchers online HERE Gift vouchers can also be purchased at any King of Knives store.
Do you offer Lay Bys?
We offer in store lay bys only.
Do you stock more items in store, that are not shown on the website?
Not all items in the store are online. However our website is updated daily and we do have a large range of the most popular products, latest items and all recently advertised sale items. If there is an item you are specifically after, please contact us and we will do our best to get it in for you.
Does King of Knives deliver orders outside of Australia?
Unfortunatly King of Knives only delivers in Australia at this time.
Will I get an order confirmation?
For every order you submit online at King of Knives, you will receive an email order confirmation. Please be sure to enter your email address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation. We recommend that you keep a printout of this confirmation for your records. You will also receive a second email once your order has been dispatched.
What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
