We appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it within Thirty (30) days to any King Of Knives store and we will provide you with an exchange, refund or repair within the following guidelines.
On-Line Purchase Returns
If you are not total satisfied with your online purchase you can return it within Thirty (30) days for a full refund of the purchase price, less any postage charges incurred.
All returns must be recieved within Thirty (30) days of reciept of your delivery and the product must be new, unopened and in the condition in which it was recieved. If you need to return an item, you must contact our
returns center to be provided with a return code to be attached to your products.
Important - you must have a return authorisation number so we can identify your purchase and issue a refund.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Store Purchase Returns
If you have proof of purchase
If you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, King Of Knives will happily provide you with an exchange refund or repair as follows.
Change of mind
If you have simply changed your mind, King Of Knives will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided:
The item is in resaleable condition for example:
- The original tags and labels are still attached;
- The item is in its original packaging (if any); and
- The item is unworn, unused and as sold; and
- The item does not fall within any of the special exceptions below.
Faulty Item
If you wish to return an item that you believe is faulty, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.
If you do not have proof of purchase
If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of purchase, King Of Knives may, in its discretion, provide you with an exchange or Gift Card to the current value of the item provided:
- The item is in resaleable condition; and
- The item does not fall within any of the special exceptions below.
