1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
Lemon wedges, for serving
PREPARATION
1. Pre heat your air fryer to 200°C.
2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This helps to ensure they get crispy.
SEASONING
1. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, making sure they are evenly coated.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
3. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the wings and toss until they are well coated.
COOKING
1. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. It's okay if they touch, but they should not be piled on top of each other.
2. Cook for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping. The wings should be golden brown and crispy.
SERVING

2. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of freshness.
Â
Tip: For extra crispiness, you can lightly spray the wings with a bit more olive oil before the final 5 minutes of cooking.
