The Shikisai Kyo Bread knife was created using 3 layers of stainless steel to produce a blade that is sharpness, durable and rust resistant.

This bread knife consists of a 230mm long blade that incorporates two separate serrations on the blades edge allowing you to cut both crusty and soft bread with ease by adjusting where along the blade you start your cut.

The handle has been contoured for the users comfort during use with the side ridges acting to give the user more grip.
