This Chef knife has a 210mm long blade consisting of a single beveled edge blade with a matte finish. This knife is capable of chopping, slicing and dicing all manners of vegetables, fruits and meat. The Kyo chef knife is best described as a large utility knife able to do all but the most delicate of jobs in the kitchen.

The handle has been contoured for the users comfort during use with the side ridges acting to give the user more grip.
