The Kyo paring knife was created using 3 layers of stainless steel to produce a blade that is sharpness, durable and rust resistant.

This paring knife has a 60mm long with its forward curving blade is capable of acting as a small utility if needed but is ideal for dealing with vegetables, fruits and more delicate work such as making garnishes or cutting soft fruits.

The handle has been contoured for the users comfort during use with the side ridges acting to give the user more grip.
